Menu for the Feast
1st Course

  • Zaitun Mubakhkhar – Smoked Spiced Olives
  • Lavash – Flat Bread
  • Sals Abyad – Walnut Hummus
  • Herbed Panir – Fresh Cheese with Herbs

  2nd Course

  • Morassa’ Polow – Rice & Chicken with Chickpeas, Almonds, & Dates
  • Jazr – Fried Carrots

3rd Course

  • Spiced Oranges – Cinnamon spiced orange slices
  • al-Mauz – Batter-fried Bananas

  4th Course

  • Manti – Steamed Dumplings (both meat and vegan)
  • Badhinjan Buran – Eggplant pureed with yogurt and spices
  • Isfanakh Mutajjana – Pan-fried Spinach with Garlic and Spices

5th Course

  • Pomegranate Khabisa – Pomegranate candy
  • Mustachados – Walnut Macaroons
